At HB Adult Care and Services, we assist with essential daily living activities, including meal planning, cooking, shopping, communication, laundry, personal hygiene, and safety. Our Residential Care Services are available during evenings, overnights, weekends, and other times as needed. Support may also include transportation to day programs, medical appointments, and specialist visits.
We offer both supervised and supported living options, ensuring that each individual receives the level of care and assistance tailored to their unique needs.
We provide this housing option for individuals who prefer to live in homes with three or fewer bedrooms. This setting is ideal for those requiring less supervision and seeking the opportunity to develop greater independence in daily living.
Support staff visit regularly to monitor residents’ well-being, assist with schedules, and provide guidance as needed, ensuring a balanced approach to autonomy and care.
HB Adult Care and Services provides supervised living in our dedicated residential homes for individuals who require ongoing supervision and support. Staff are available 24/7 to ensure a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
Our homes typically feature 4-8 private bedrooms, allowing each individual to have their own personal space while sharing common living areas such as the kitchen, dining room, and living room. This setup fosters a sense of community while maintaining privacy.

Individuals receive personalized, one-on-one support to develop or maintain essential skills for working in an inclusive community setting or pursuing self-employment opportunities.
