To determine if you or your loved one qualify for services, please contact the Johnson County Community Developmental Disability Organization (JCDDO). The JCDDO is responsible for assessing service eligibility in our area. You can reach them at 913-826-2600 or visit their website https://www.jocogov.org/department/developmental-supports  to learn more and schedule an eligibility meeting. Case management will also be discussed during this process.

Once eligibility is confirmed, we invite you to visit or tour one of our homes. During the visit, we’ll discuss our requirements and assess whether our services are a good fit for your family member. You can then make an informed decision based on your experience. We hope you choose us! Services will begin once all eligibility criteria are met.

Transportation services include support for planned activities, participation in Special Olympics, and transportation to and from work, day programs, and medical appointments.
