Day Support

Day Support Services

HB Adult Care and Services provides tailored Day Support  programs designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our dedicated staff are trained to support the development of both practical work skills and daily living skills in a way that brings joy to those we serve. Our Day support programs are thoughtfully structured to include opportunities for community engagement, personal growth, and volunteering.

Personal Development

Our services promote personal growth by focusing on essential life skills such as personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, health and wellness, continuing education, and money management. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of laughter, relaxation, pursuing hobbies, enhancing social skills, and building meaningful relationships within the community.

Volunteering

At HB Adult Care and Services, we empower our staff and individuals with disabilities to engage actively in the community through diverse volunteering opportunities, such as Meals on Wheels and Special Olympics events. These experiences help build confidence and foster a sense of inclusion and belonging within the community

Community Access

We support individuals in pursuing their personal preferences and choosing activities that interest them within the community. This includes opportunities such as swimming and participating in sporting events. Through these activities, individuals gain a deeper understanding of and connection to the broader community.
